Billing questions
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe; DextraDesk never sees or stores them.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
In the app, go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing. There you can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card and download invoices. When you cancel, you keep Personal until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free.
What happens to my PCs if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your oldest PC stays usable; the others stay in your list but can't be connected to until you remove some or upgrade again.
What happens when a free session reaches 60 minutes?
You get a warning 5 minutes before, then the session ends. You can reconnect straight away. If you upgrade during a session, its time limit goes away.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe tries again over about two weeks and emails you, and you keep Personal meanwhile. If it still can't take payment, your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
